Refund policy
We will accept returns of any unused, unwound skeins of yarn purchased from PNW Yarn Girl within 30 days of delivery. Please mail your yarn back to us at: 6850 NW Diamond Place, Corvallis, OR, 97330. We will refund your credit card used for purchasing the yarn as soon as we receive and process your return.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the original order received free shipping and returning all or part of an order puts the original order total less than $200, $10 will be deducted from the refund.
We cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Instead, please place a separate order for your desired yarn.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund; If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@pnwyarngirl.com.
