Shipping policy

Our yarns are nearly all dyed to fill your order unless we have remaining inventory from a recent yarn show. We will dye and ship yarns within 4 weeks of receiving your order, often sooner. During busy times, for example getting ready for a yarn show, we may need more than 4 weeks to complete your order. In that case, there will be a shipping time estimate placed on the main page of our website and that time will supersede our normal shipping policy.
Note that 4 weeks is the time from receiving your order to delivering your order to the shipping company. Once your order is with them, they will be responsible for the time it takes to get to you.
